Last updated: October 27, 2026

LovitaShorts (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the LovitaShorts website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you sign in (for example with Google), we receive your email address, name and profile photo from the identity provider, and create an account associated with them.
  • Content and usage data. Records of the titles you watch, episodes you unlock, favorites, watch history, points balance and subscription status.
  • Device and log data. IP address, browser/device type, a device fingerprint used for security and fraud prevention, and standard server logs.
  • Payment data. Purchases are processed by third‑party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers; we keep transaction records such as amount, date and order status.
  • Marketing data. Where you consent, we may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (for example the Meta/Facebook Pixel) to understand usage and measure campaigns.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure and maintain the Service, including authentication and playback.
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions, points and unlocks.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, harmful or non-consensual content (including NCII), and unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms.
  • Personalize recommendations and improve content, features and performance.
  • Communicate with you about the Service, security, billing or legal changes.
  • With your consent where required, measure marketing and display relevant content.

3. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (service improvement, security, fraud prevention), your consent (optional analytics/marketing), and legal compliance.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, content delivery, payment processing, analytics).
  • Identity providers you use to sign in, subject to your settings with them.
  • Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • In a business transaction (merger, acquisition, financing) with appropriate confidentiality.

5. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures such as encrypted transport, access controls and session management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Content Safety and Prohibited Content Policy

We maintain zero tolerance for Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), deepfake adult media, and illegal material. Automated and human safety moderation is utilized to protect users. If abusive or non-consensual content is detected or reported, we take immediate action to remove the content, terminate associated accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement and industry safety registries as appropriate.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You can also manage cookies through your browser. To exercise these rights, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to have it removed.

11. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign‑in, security, preferences and (with consent where required) analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

12. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
